My dream starts at the bus stop at Romford station.  I go straight over to the new side entrance to the station which makes getting into the station much easier.  I wonder why this hadn't been opened before.

Immediately after arriving on the platform I could see something was wrong.  There were trains backed up on the fast and slow train lines towards Romford.  Strangely behind the trains were big red flags.  They were there to show where the train in front was for drivers that are stuck, for some reason.

A train had recently left the 'fast' platform and they took away the red flag behind it.  The first train to arrive was a type of train I have only seen in the north of England.  I was about to board but was told that it was going to Clacton and not London where I wanted to go. I noticed that the 'Upminster' section of the station was bigger than it is in real life.

I'm not sure if it was this dream or a previous dream I dreamt that introduced a whole new section to Romford station with new through platforms and some terminating platforms.  Anyway this was included in the dream.

I got on the next train that arrived.  It trundled into the station and it was going to London where I wanted to go.  The train trundled forward slowly and I got into it.  It was busy but not packed.  The train moved forward slowly.  Stopped at the next station and then trundled off slowly to the next stop, where inexplicably I decided to get off the train and find a bus to get on.

I wandered through a few streets and then into a shopping centre, less and less concerned that I had a job I should be going to.
