It has been a bit of a sad week. I got home last Monday to see Felix the cat in agony. He had had some kind of attack and he was failing to move the back part of his body. He had been fine beforehand and his usual self, it was very sudden. Unfortunately he didn't make it back from the vets, such was the severity of the attack. You are greatly missed Felix and will not be forgotten.

The rest of the week is a bit of a blur to be honest. My friend Liz told me that she is pregnant which was quite unexpected. I played badminton on Wednesday, and quite well for a change. I got my ebay auction lot of coins delivered on Thursday along with a few things I ordered through the post.

Friday I sorted through the coins whilst my aunt was visiting my mum. Saturday I did some shopping during the day and in the evening I went to my friend Jasons house and played computer games with Jason, Del and Andy til the early hours. It was the first time I had been to either Andy's or Jasons places of residence.

Sunday was pretty quiet, I played badminton in the evening and as so often is the case I started well and then played like a blind man. Today has gone without a hitch so far. I've been tired but not too stressed.

Thankfully I have recovered from the illness I had last week, at least I think I have in time for my trip to the USA on Saturday - yay! To say I am looking forward to that would be one of my biggest ever understatements.
