28th January 2002

Once again it is Monday - there seem to be far too many of them. Today has been nowhere near as hectic as any other work day this year and I am hoping that things are going to stay that way as I'm not sure I could cope with another week like the last few weeks I have had so far this year.
So at the end of this week it becomes February again, month of birthdays and Valentines day, the second month of the year and the, month I might finally get myself sorted out a bit and re-work the websites I own. I'm not holding my breath though however!
The weekend was different in a good way. Did very little on Friday night and Saturday evening I once again headed off to Colchester. We spent most of the evening at the University, seeing just how dark Level 2 is nowdays and getting a sneak peek at the new bar that is opening there. It is in the same place that I envisaged an extended Level 2 years ago so that is kinda weird and kinda cool at the same time.
I spent most of the evening in the Underground or whatever the dancehall is called nowdays. There was a heavy rock / metal / whatever it is called now and was an excellent night out. I even refrained from drinking alcohol so I remembered most of it.
Sunday was a quiet day that was actually enjoyable. Spent most of the day watching tv or playing games before eventually getting home at gone 9pm.
Earlier back than the weekend there is very little to report. All I did was follow the standard pattern for the week - work followed by watching Enterprise on Monday, nothing on Tuesday, badminton on Wednesday and Friends on Thursday. However that said due to a hospital appointment on Thursday I didn't actually go to work.
All in all this makes for a very dull entry, which is a shame really.
